Littlehampton Tennis Club’s AGM will be held on Thursday, 20th June, 7.30pm start, at the Anembo Park clubrooms.

Unfortunately there are lots of positions that need filling and the current committee is at capacity in terms of what they can achieve on their own. This doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll be required to attend meetings, but if you can spare enough of your time to relieve us of one single instance job (co-ordinating the presentation dinner or managing the Bunnings BBQ roster for example) or one regular job (replacing coffee at the club rooms or stocking the fridge for example) then you’re doing more than your part at the club and you’re also relieving the job list of others.

Here’s a brief list of what’s up for grabs this year.

• Secretary
• Junior Coordinator  (Boys)
• Social/Fundraising Coordinator
• Property Manager
• General helpers – eg garden maintenance, watering ,weeding
• Membership Secretary

There’s always more though so if you can show your face (physically or electronically) then we would really appreciate it.
