We enter teams in the Traditional Mens, Traditional Ladies and Mixed Doubles Competitions.

All are played Saturday afternoons commencing at 1pm.

Players wishing to play in the Junior competition this summer must register online by 1oth September.

Junior Registration and trial day is Sunday 11th September and registrations will be taken on this day in person only. This is the last day to register to play junior tennis for the 16/17 season.

9am to 10.30am Green Ball (10 and under) and Orange Ball (8 and under)

10.30am to 11.30am Girls – all Yellow ball divisions

11.30am to 1pm Boys- all Yellow ball divisions

Enrolments for Hot Shots  for Term 3 are open now. Hot Shots is a skills based program designed for children from 4-10 with 3 different levels. They learn the skills required to play tennis in a fun, non-competitive environment. The 3 levels are: Red for 4-6 year olds, Orange for 6-8 year olds and Green for 8-10 year olds. All levels are available on a Friday afternoon from 3.45pm. Mondays and Thursdays are also on offer this term subject to minimum numbers. Congratulations to all teams who reached the 2015/16 grand finals. We had  9 teams make the grand finals with 4 winners. Congratulation to Division 1 Men, Division 2 Men, Division 4 Boys and Green Ball Division 1 White on winning your grand finals. What a great achievement for the club to secure both the Division 1 & 2 Men’s grand finals.  This is a first for any club in the Hills Tennis Association since the change of format from a mixed singles competition to separate men’s and women’s comps.

The finals for our Spring Night Tennis season were held this week. It was a beautiful, warm evening, with added atmosphere due to the Littlehampton Junior Tour Tournament running into the evening. Our night players got to see some very impressive junior players, before taking to the court and trying to replicate some of the techniques and moves displayed by the talent on show.

Congratulations to the “Poison Arrow” team who took out the Spring Night Tennis Premiership for 2015!! Well done to Gary, Leonie, Lee and James on a strong performance all season. David, Mark M, Mark G and Eliza’s “I Got Nothin” team put up a very good fight indeed, going down 4 sets to 2.

The Littlehampton Junior Tour is on again this year from Sunday 13th to Wednesday 16th December. This year it is a bronze level tournament for 16 and under, 14 and under, 12 and under and 10 and under, doubles and singles. Players can enter a maximum of two events. Registrations are currently open and close at 11.59pm on 29th November 2015.
